JOB DESCRIPTION: This person will Design/develop training materials and conduct user training. Modify existing training materials. Develop quick reference procedures and policies for on-line help. Develop Business Unit specific job aids. Conduct pre-conversion training. Evaluate training effectiveness and modify materials as appropriate. Conduct advanced post-conversion training.
REQUIRED SKILLS: PeopleSoft, Training design and development, Exp. using RoboHelp.
