JOB DESCRIPTION:

 
Responsible for People Search applications.
Will design and maintain back-office systems and processes for Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be skilled in creating modular, well-organized bueness logic and capable of solving complex problems for major initiatives
Must have experience with RDBMS (Oracle, MSSKL, My SQL), Object or Time_Series DBs

Must have strong C/C++ and Java coding experience

Must have Strong Object Oriented software architecture and design skills

Must anticipate, identify and articulate potential roadblocks and develop preemptive solutions.

Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal

Must work well independently and as part of a team of technical and non-technical peers

Familiarity with the major Internet-related protocols and standards (HTTP, CGI, DNS, HTML, XML) is required.

Knowledge of .NET a plus, but not required.
