JOB DESCRIPTION:
Join this exciting, well funded, privately held company in the heart of Silicon Valley. This company is using the latest technologies in developing silicon systems solutions for next-generation IP and media switching platforms. Company created a processor designed on a chip to enable performance on communications processors to operate faster.

Duties include writing behavioral reference models, protocol checkers, and tests, running regressions and debugging designs.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a minimum of 5 years of ASIC
(Application-Specific Integrated Circuit)/SOC Verification experience.
Knowledge of Verilog and C required.
Prior experience in networking (Ethernet, ATM: UTOPIA, AAL5, AAL2, AAL1) or Telecommunication ASICs is preferred.

BSEE/MSEE preferred

DESIRED:
Knowledge of C++ and Perl
