JOB DESCRIPTION:
Profitable rapdily growing Internet Gaming company seeks a
Flash Game Developer -- an ActionScript 2.0 virtuoso with a finely-honed game sense.

* Brainstorm and create appealing game demonstrations and prototypes
* Create rough *programmer art* to help illustrate game concepts
* Work closely with other game designers, sound engineers, producers, and artists while contributing original design ideas
* Create single- and multi-player Flash games from conception to launch
* Create tools for artists and designers to tweak game mechanics and level layouts

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum 3 - 5 years experience developing games
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
* Strong familiarity with object-oriented principals
* Great game sense and knowledge of the casual game market
* Strong verbal and written communications skills
* Self-directed
* Must be organized, systematic, punctual, and goal-oriented
