JOB DESCRIPTION:

Exciting opportuntiy to join a leading edge company in the storage space.
You will research, architect and design complete leading-edge data protection solutions using core product sets and other 3rd party enabling technologies.
You will be responsible for providing architectural solutions which will meet the requirements of the company's strategic future direction.
Must be able to prepare technical architectural and implementation design documents/proposals for presentation to executive management and customers.
Provide technical guidance to the engineering team.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*7-10 yrs. of experience in storage software and/or email archiving.
*Data protection concepts and implementations such as replication, archiving, backup/recover, snapshots, compliance, etc.
*Strong current understanding of storage architectures, storage networking infrastructures, programming languages, client-server software components, intertnet and web-based paradigms, networking concepts and infrastructures.
*Excellent organizational, research and documentation skills
*Excellent communication skills. Must be able to articulate concepts and ideas to executive management and gain consensus from applicable stakeholders
*BS Degree required, MS is a plus
